CasePigeon provides software tools designed to help personal injury law firms streamline client intake and document collection. Our platform facilitates structured intake responses, required document tracking, and intake readiness visibility.
Important: CasePigeon does not provide legal advice or professional services. We are a software service provider focused on intake operations and document collection workflows.
Firm Responsibility
Firms using CasePigeon remain fully responsible for all aspects of legal work and client representation, including but not limited to:
- Compliance with applicable laws, ethics rules, and professional requirements
- All communications with clients, opposing parties, and third parties
- Accuracy and completeness of intake information and case materials
- Data security and privacy obligations specific to their operations
- Conflicts, screening, and case evaluation decisions
Use of the Service
CasePigeon is provided "as is" and "as available" for your use. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
You agree to use CasePigeon in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or interfere with the operation of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasePigeon's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our service shall not exceed the total fees paid to CasePigeon by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
CasePigeon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.
Termination
Either party may terminate access to CasePigeon at any time. Upon termination, your right to access and use the service will cease. Where reasonably practicable, CasePigeon may provide advance notice of termination and allow limited access to retrieve data, subject to then-current policies.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
